City Assets selected Elders Real Estate Agency to act on Council’s behalf to market and sell by Public Auction, a Council owned property located at Stafford Heights. Elders Real Estate Everton Park was selected above other agents because of their broad marketing proposal, depth of market knowledge in the local area and cost structure. The sales consultant involved with the marketing program was Dianne Webb.  Dianne guided the sale program through four weeks of advertising, on-site inspections and an excellent written feedback service, which was received, on a weekly basis.  Dianne sold the property after auction and within the time frame set by Council.  I have great pleasure in congratulating Dianne on a job well done and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dianne to anyone seeking to appoint a professional agency and sales agent in the sale of their property.

I am writing this letter as a thank-you for an exceptional job done by an amazing sales person. I first talked with Dianne Webb when she phoned me to see if I wanted to sell my house at Stafford Rd, Stafford, I told her I was currently renovating it and would be finished in six weeks –  the renovations took a little over 7 months. Dianne would call me every few weeks to see how I was going, to inform me of how the market was and the amount of calls she was getting inquiring about properties in Stafford.  I started to get used to them and was impressed with her relentless dedication with keeping me informed (and encouraged) and her professionalism.  When I finally had the place finished, I asked three other real estate agents to give me an appraisal of the property. Two said $265k the other $270k as an asking price expecting $255-$265k after negotiations. When I talked to Dianne she told me she already had buyers that would pay more.  Three days after listing it with her I signed a contract for $290k, $20-$25k over what the others had said it was worth. About the same time I signed my contract two very similar houses on Stafford Rd (not quite as nice) went at auction both for $230k.  I got an exceptional price for my house because Dianne kept me informed. She is an amazing sales person and she keeps track of her buyers as well as her sellers.  I have absolutely no hesitation in referring my friends to her as I know she will look after them.
